Camille John-Jenkins
Business Consultant
Based in Greater Washington, Camille served for close to two decades in financial services across disciplines, including Global Commercial Banking and the Private Bank. She was most recently a Diversity and Inclusion Human Resources Consultant within the Global Diversity and Inclusion Organization at Bank of America.
In her previous roles, Camille served as a Business Strategy Manager in the $7.3B Global Commercial Bank. She was responsible for influencing revenue growth by running large-scale transformation programs focused on operational risk, process governance, client acquisition, and sales process re-engineering for both national and global initiatives. Camille’s deep enterprise experience is broadened by a range of multi-disciplinary management support roles, including sales support for Healthcare, Education, and Not-for-Profit GCB businesses, client fiduciary oversight, and leading sales management and operations functions for the Mid-Atlantic region of the Private Bank. Before joining Bank of America, Camille was a Clinical Scientist focused on STEM and Healthcare.
Camille previously sat on the Advisory Council for Georgetown University’s School of Business Social Enterprise Program, Business for Impact. She passionately led Better Money Habits™ financial literacy presentations and is a highly sought-after speaker. Camille holds a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Science from Howard University and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University.
