Delores Britt-Millhouse is a tri-sector leader with more than 25 years of experience in strategic management, business analysis, and program leadership. With a strong foundation in financial management and organizational development, she has successfully led government, nonprofit, and for-profit organizations in overseeing multi-million-dollar contracts and Federal grants.
As Owner & CEO of MaVocate, LLC, Delores provides business development, financial analysis, community engagement, and policy creation. She is a trusted advisor to executives and boards, known for driving organizational excellence and shaping sustainable solutions.
A passionate advocate for education, she co-founded My Bilingual Child, helping expand language immersion programs and supporting the passage of Maryland’s Seal of Biliteracy Act. She also champions mental wellness and delivers culturally competent training to foster equity and inclusion.
